Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Generative AI Engineer, based in Surabaya. The Generative AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models and applications, with a focus on generative AI solutions. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases, preprocess data, create innovative AI algorithms, and optimize model performance. Other responsibilities include implementing machine learning workflows, debugging solutions, and staying informed about advancements in AI and related technologies.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and deep learning with experience in developing and optimizing generative AI models
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
- Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and creating training pipelines
- Ability to analyze, debug, and optimize algorithms for performance improvements
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and AI-driven tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication and technical documentation abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
- Experience in deploying AI models in production environments and knowledge of cloud platforms is advantageous
