Main responsibilities:

  • Supervise the recruitment & training teams to ensure deliverables are met within timeline.
  • Handle end to end recruitment process to ensure manpower plan is fulfilled with good quality.
  • Discuss with hiring managers to align recruitment needs.
  • Review & give insights on existing / new job descriptions.
  • Oversee candidate experience to ensure external talents are well communicated about the recruitment process.
  • Oversee onboarding experience to ensure all details are delivered properly.
  • Discuss with Department/Section Heads on training needs.
  • Monitor training plan vs actual, especially the mandatory trainings as regulated by the government.
  • Design & conduct trainings / development programs for employees.
  • Create & manage recruitment & training reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from any field with minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
  • Proven good quality hiring achievement with experience in mining industry is a plus.
  • Experienced in supervisory role of minimum 2 years.
  • Experienced in creating training modules & delivering employee development programs.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willing to work 100% from office & travel to Site in Central Kalimantan.
