Job Description
  • Develop monthly schedules, contract-period work plans, and lead routine monthly meetings with outsourcing vendors.
  • Handle public service area needs and ensure vendor performance aligns with PT Datacenter Indonesia Sukses Makmur standards.
  • Prepare procurement plans for consumable materials (catering, stationery, meeting supplies, and other supporting needs).
  • Facilitate and manage customer complaints, providing excellent service as part of the BM support team (Admin of DC-Indo Account Portal).
  • Create a comfortable working environment for employees and customers through continuous improvement of office facilities.
  • Monitor outsourcing team performance through monthly random patrols and work-implementation checklists.
  • Support employee needs (business travel, transportation, charity contributions, and company events), including required reporting.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the supervisor every two weeks.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Management or Business Administration).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Building Management or General Affairs.
  • Strong reporting capability with structured, representative documentation.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • High motivation, strong teamwork ability, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
  • Strategic mindset with strong communication and service orientation.
  • Skilled in customer relationship management, including handling vendors, partners, and customers.
  • Solid management, negotiation, and general coordination skills.
  • Previously attended basic leadership training or workshops.
