So we are looking for a passionate
Program Manager
to lead and manage strategic initiatives across multiple projects. This role will be responsible for ensuring alignment between business goals and project execution while coordinating stakeholders, managing dependencies, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
· Drive end-to-end program management for multiple strategic projects.
· Ensure alignment between program objectives and overall business strategy.
· Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Operations, Compliance).
· Controlling, Monitoring and manage risks, dependencies, and resources across projects.
· Establish governance, reporting, and communication to stakeholders and management.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
· years of experience in Project/Program/Product Management, ideally in Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
· Experience in managing multiple projects under one program framework.
· Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
· Having experience handling digital-product is plus.
