E-commerce Operations Specialist (TikTok & Shopee)

Job Responsibilities

Dual-Platform Strategy & Execution

Lead TikTok and Shopee store operations, including livestream sales planning, KOL campaigns, Shopee SEO optimization, and mega-sales events (e.g., TikTok Shop 11.11, Shopee 9.9 Sale).

Create localized content strategies for TikTok (short videos, hashtag challenges) and Shopee (product descriptions, storefront banners).

Performance-Driven Optimization

Monitor core metrics (TikTok: GMV, CTR, follower growth; Shopee: BSR ranking, conversion rate, logistics KPIs) and adjust tactics to maximize ROI.

Manage ad budgets across TikTok Ads and Shopee Ads, ensuring cost-effective traffic acquisition.

Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination

Collaborate with cross-border teams to optimize inventory planning, delivery timelines (TikTok Shop local warehouses, Shopee SLS), and return rate control.

Market Intelligence & Innovation

Analyze Southeast Asia consumer trends on Shopee and global viral content patterns on TikTok to drive data-backed decisions.

Rapidly test new features (e.g., TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Live) to capture emerging opportunities.

Key Qualifications

Proven Multi-Platform Expertise:

3+ years managing TikTok Shop AND Shopee stores, with at least 1 successful case per platform (e.g., TikTok livestream GMV >$30K/session; Shopee store Top 50 BSR in category).

Technical Proficiency:

Mastery of TikTok Creator Center, Shopee Seller Center, Google Analytics, and ERP systems.

Ability to decode platform algorithms (TikTok FYP logic, Shopee search ranking factors).

Operational Agility:

Experience coordinating with MCNs for TikTok content production and negotiating with Shopee account managers for resource support.

Language & Cultural Fit:

Fluent English (working language). Bahasa or Chinese.
