Requirements :

- B2B experience in Plastic and Chemical industry will be an advantage
- English is a must (business minimal)

Job Description :
- Calculate the cost of goods sold and propose selling price recommendations to superiors.
- Prepare price quotations and submit them for superior's approval.
- Evaluate sales contracts received and submit them for superior's approval.
- Conduct product offers and sales negotiations.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform regular visits and/or communications with customers to gather information on their needs and maintain relationships.
- Prepare weekly reports on customer development and progress.
- Receive customer requests and communicate them to the relevant departments.
- Issue Marketing Requests for technical-related requirements.
- Carry out collection of receivables that are due.
- Resolve customer issues related to sales contracts.
- Understand customer requirements regarding both quality and environmental aspects and distribute them to relevant departments.
- Coordinate with relevant departments when customer complaints arise and ensure resolution with the customer.
- Be aware of and understand key environmental aspects within the work area.
- Acquire new clients and expand market opportunities.
