- Lead QC analyst to do analysis
- Monitor the quality of Material, packaging, half product, and finished good
- Analyze and coordinate with other related department related to the quality of raw material, packaging and FG
- Checking and take action to identify and eliminate Un-Confirmity of Material, packaging, and FG
- Monitor and Analyze daily checking report in accordance with company roles
- Proper and regular report to R&DQC/A Manager
- Give training to QC staff
- Make summary of analysis result
- Make coordination with production and WH if there is un-confirmity product, RM, half product or packaging
- Supervise implementation of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 in quality area
- Issue Hold Letter, Reject Letter for un-confirmity product, and Make release letter after re-work process
- Create COA for FG
- Request to obey the instruction by senior-job title at the first priority
