Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and evaluate ongoing and upcoming business projects.
- Manage and maintain all project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Analyze project risks and issues, and propose actionable solutions.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in Business Development and project management.
- Prior experience or industry knowledge in beauty, medical, or pharmaceuticals is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with financial reporting and project budgeting is a strong plus.
