Responsibilities

5-10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with strong ability to advise the Product Owner on backlog prioritization and provide strategic recommendations.
Proven Life Insurance project experience (product enhancement/implementation) for the Indonesian market.
Expert in JIRA and Confluence for requirement documentation, acceptance criteria validation, and collaboration.
Skilled in requirements gathering and analysis, working with IT teams on solution design, and coordinating testing and reviewing test results.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills, demonstrating Manulife leadership principles (ownership, critical thinking, delivering customer value).
Indonesian citizen (local hire only).
