What You'll Do:

Research and identify new content creators in Indonesia and Asia for collaborations as Circle Management's (
on Instagram
) talent
Maintain and update talent databases, contracts, and project details.
Support our talent's content with basic photo or video editing tasks.
Help coordinate influencer's campaigns and maintain strong relationships with clients and talents.
Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp and ensure smooth campaign interactions.

What We're Looking For:

Min. bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Min. 1 / 2 years of similar experience
Able to work full-time Monday-Friday and willing to work in hybrid work environment (Mix between WFH & WFO)
Collaborate well with diverse groups of people
Fast response & detail oriented
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of current social media marketing trends and tools.
