Upsize Research is looking for
highly responsible and disciplined field enumerators
to support our upcoming face-to-face survey projects in the
Jabodetabek area
.
This role is
not a desk job
— it's for those who are
willing and ready to go to the field
, meet people directly, and conduct real interviews. It requires strong communication skills, persistence, and professionalism in dealing with respondents in various locations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person interviews using a tablet or printed questionnaire.
- Approach and screen respondents according to the project's target criteria.
- Ensure every interview is complete, accurate, and honest.
- Coordinate daily with the field supervisor for progress and issue reporting.
- Maintain professional behavior and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or currently pursuing Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in fieldwork, survey, or research projects is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working on the ground — visiting various areas, meeting diverse people, and handling rejections calmly.
- Willing to work full-time during project duration (including weekends if required).
- Owns a smartphone with stable internet connection.
- Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and communicative.

Compensation
The payment will be on a project basis, depending on field achievements and completed interviews.
Performance bonuses may be provided based on quality, speed, and reliability during fieldwork.
