Job Description
- Source kitchen equipment & project, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Ensure all materials meet food safety and quality standards; resolve supplier issues as needed.
- Track market trends and procurement costs; prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in F&B, with a focus on raw material sourcing.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills for supplier and process management.
- Proficient in procurement software and inventory systems.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
