Job Description

  • Source kitchen equipment & project, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
  • Ensure all materials meet food safety and quality standards; resolve supplier issues as needed.
  • Track market trends and procurement costs; prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in F&B, with a focus on raw material sourcing.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills for supplier and process management.
  • Proficient in procurement software and inventory systems.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
