Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, drive and support plant optimization for the HPT through process standardization and other systems to drive consistency and improved performance overall, making final decisions on processes needed to meet targets
- Ensure the execution of the daily production requirements, coordinating with other team members, other HPTs, and others as necessary, to deliver the planned results (Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and/or Ticket)
- Working within the team, develop and align the strategy and plans to deliver targets and objectives that support the overall facility targets
- Provide the proper focus on Health and Safety, Environmental & Sustainability issues, to develop and maintain "Safety as a Value" culture
- Drive improvements through personal knowledge and expertise, as well as thorough the use of other experts as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a
- related field
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience in production, quality, engineering or related field
- Experience in a Union environment
- Experience in a Continuous Improvement / Zero Loss Concept / Total Productive Maintenance / Lean environment
