Job Description

Lead and execute strategies to drive ShopeePay’s business growth through Business Development initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities to expand ShopeePay business through merchant acquisition, incubation, and other initiatives.
  • Conduct business analysis on key metrics to provide actionable insights for management and related teams.
  • Perform sales and performance analysis to identify gaps, issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver business targets and optimize merchant engagement initiatives.
  • Provide structured performance reports and recommendations to management for data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in fintech or e-commerce is preferable (business development, sales strategy, or commercial planning).
  • Strong analytical and execution capabilities with proven project ownership.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Experience with SQL or other querying languages is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail, structured, and performance-driven.
  • Proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
