Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide insights for business development.
  • Negotiate freight rates and service agreements with customers, ensuring competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with trade, operations, and customer service teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
  • Represent the company in customer meetings, networking events, and industry forums.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, International Trade, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the shipping, logistics, or liner industry.
  • Strong knowledge of container shipping operations and global trade practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written); mandarin languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
