Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site People Development Paid Internship role located in Karanganyar. The intern will support the People Development function in tasks such as assisting in staff training programs, evaluating employee engagement, analyzing team performance metrics, and aiding the implementation of organizational development strategies. Collaboration with various departments and engagement in activities that enhance individual and team growth are vital aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, assess team performance, and draw actionable insights
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams and delivering effective employee training
- Basic understanding or proficiency in Software Development and Programming (considered a plus)
- Skills in Sales or a strong interest in understanding sales processes and applications
- High adaptability, enthusiasm for learning, and a proactive approach to challenges
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields
