JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to build relationships and close deals with individual customers or small contractors.
- Proven ability to work with sales targets and consistently achieve or exceed them.
- Knowledge of architectural or building material products (especially aluminum products) is an advantage.
- Experience in selling building materials or property products will be considered a strong point.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to customer needs and project details.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer inquiries effectively.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
