JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to build relationships and close deals with individual customers or small contractors.
  • Proven ability to work with sales targets and consistently achieve or exceed them.
  • Knowledge of architectural or building material products (especially aluminum products) is an advantage.
  • Experience in selling building materials or property products will be considered a strong point.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to customer needs and project details.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer inquiries effectively.
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written).

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Actively build and maintain relationships with customers, including architects, contractors, applicators, and distributors, to promote products and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a database of prospects to establish a continuous sales pipeline
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
