Job Description

Ensure that reports on ongoing projects are well documented, and that projects are progressing according to the targets and applicable regulations.

Provide input on issues within a project.

Determine whether the issue can be resolved at the project team level or if escalation to the PMO Lead is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the project follows the PMO ALTO Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Ensure that the project progresses according to the project plan agreed upon by all parties.
  • Present project information in the form of:
  • Project progress reports
  • Internal and external project escalation reports (if applicable)
  • Project evaluation reports
  • Provide assessments and recommendations for issues encountered within a project.
  • Conduct evaluations of the project's progress.
  • Make improvements to the project process in ALTO

  • Accuracy of the project reports produced.

  • The project progresses according to ALTO's project execution standards.

Qualifications

Work Experience

Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the field of digital product technology.

Education

Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline.
