About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT professional to join our Digital Transformation Department. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of servers, networks, and equipment, and providing timely technical support to end-users. This position plays a key role in meeting the growing demands of our digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, CCTV systems, and software to ensure optimal availability and performance.
- Provide technical support to users in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Handle administrative tasks such as purchase requests, payment approvals, and equipment requests from users.
- Utilize office software (Microsoft Office) and networking tools efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Diploma III, preferably in Information Technology.
- Minimum work experience: Relevant field experience preferred.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for OS, PC/Laptop, audio systems, and networking.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Proficiency in administration tools such as MS Office and cloud storage.
- Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
