On behalf of our client, a leading Chinese multinational delivery and logistics company founded in 1993 and headquartered in Shenzhen, the largest courier in China and the fourth largest globally, with a strong logistics network across Asia, North America, South America, Europe, Oceania, and the Middle East. We are hiring for a Transportation Capacity Management Officer (Mandarin Speakers) position to expand our team in Indonesia.
Job Descriptions:
-Responsible for formulating and managing end-to-end service timeliness standards. Through link timeliness control and comparative analysis of competitor timeliness, we regularly publish comprehensive analysis reports to identify service discrepancies and communicate with various departments for optimization and improvement.
-Develop and implement network expansion plans to meet the growing demands of our business.
-Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute facility preparation projects, ensuring on-time completion and within budget.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network and facility strategies with overall business objectives.
-Responsible for processing routing interruptions.
-Responsible for handling customer complaints and making improvements
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree from any major (preferably related to Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain is a plus)
-Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in transportation, logistics operations, or a related field
-Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
-Good communication and coordination skills
