Position: L1 Monitoring Engineer
• Real-time monitoring of systems, networks and applications using monitoring tools.

Job Responsibilities: L1 Monitoring is responsible for real-time monitoring of IT systems and applications. This role involves identifying, escalating, and sometimes resolving issues to ensure smooth operations. This entry level role plays a critical role in ensuring system uptime and overall service quality.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience monitoring Datadog tools.

• Skills to identify problem solving and the ability to carry out
• Escalate issues to L2 or L3 teams when resolution is not possible at L1.
• Understand and comprehend Linux Administration and Windows Server.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a System Engineer availability of production systems.
• Adhere to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for response times and resolution. coordinate with other teams.
• Initial incident investigation and troubleshooting to determine causes and solutions
• Provide support outside of business hours including evenings, weekends and holidays depending on shift schedule.
• Ready to work shifting 24/7.

- Shift 2 : 16.00 – Monitoring from Manage Service Vendor )
- Shift 3 : 23.00 – Monitoring from Manage Service Vendor)

• Working in Shifting 24x7, including Weekends and Holidays.
• Able to work under pressure, especially when there is an incident that has a big impact.
