About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver training initiatives within defined scope, timeline, and budget. This role is not IT-related and focuses on planning, executing, and closing training projects that align with organizational objectives and client requirements. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure successful delivery of impactful training programs.

What You'll Do
Project Planning

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with the client.
  • Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical leads, trainers, and department heads to align content with business needs.
  • Provide regular progress updates to oversight committees and stakeholders.

Resource Management

  • Allocate and manage trainers, instructional designers, and external vendors.
  • Ensure availability of training materials, tools, and technology.

Project Execution

  • Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of training sessions.
  • Coordinate with trainers for smooth execution and resolve issues promptly.

Evaluation & Reporting

  • Implement evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness.
  • Analyze feedback and performance metrics to assess impact on client SLAs.
  • Prepare post-project reports with lessons learned and recommendations.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with client standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for all deliverables.
  • Implement risk management and issue resolution strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a corporate setting.
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and operational needs.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • This is NOT an IT Project Manager role.
