About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) specialist to manage online interactions with existing customers and handle the customer database for our FMCG products. The ideal candidate will maintain relationships with customers who have previously purchased our products, providing excellent service and leveraging customer data to enhance retention and satisfaction. This role will require working closely with other team members and will be onsite in Purbalingga.

This role will require working closely with other team members and will be onsite in Purbalingga.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the customer database, ensuring accurate records of customer purchases and interactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with returning customers by providing ongoing support and product knowledge.
- Handle online communications with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement customer retention strategies.
- Analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations for improving customer satisfaction.
- Work as part of a team to optimize the customer experience and ensure smooth operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in customer service or CRM, particularly in handling customer databases.
- Strong understanding of FMCG products and the ability to quickly learn product details.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer management tools.
- Willingness to work onsite in Purbalingga.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing customer data and delivering personalized customer service is a plus.
