About the role
PT TLG Electric Motorcycle Indonesia is seeking a talented Training Specialist Mandarin to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programmes to our employees, with a focus on Mandarin language skills. This position is based in Bandung, West Java.
What you'll be doing
- Assess the Mandarin language training needs of our employees and design tailored training programmes to address those needs
- Develop engaging and effective training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and practical exercises
- Deliver interactive Mandarin language training sessions, both in-person and through virtual platforms
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes, making adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to help employees improve their Mandarin language proficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with the company's overall business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Mandarin language teaching methodologies and technologies
What we're looking for
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programmes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire trainees
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training needs and develop tailored solutions
- Proficient in using various training tools and technologies, such as learning management systems and virtual training platforms
- Passion for language education and a commitment to helping employees develop their skills
