JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead the discovery process to quantify the target market and identify relevant departments and key personnel within the company responsible for workforce development, with a focus on enhancing their electrical trades personnel safety, works quality, and quality standards.
  • Cold-calling prospective customers with a rigorous follow-up process involving multiple contact points with potential customers, quoting and clarification process. All information incorporated into CRM.
  • Finding customers by reaching out to previous and existing main contractors and project clients via phone, email, or in-person, conducting sales meetings to discuss their operational demographic and developmental needs, answer questions, tailor solutions, and build strong relationships.
  • Create compelling presentations, deliver and communicate the value and benefits of the training program.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through market research and outreach campaigns, develop leads through various channels, and execute plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • In conjunction with training centre principal, negotiate price and terms, close deals, and prepare sales agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software and provide regular updates on progress.
  • Partner with the training centre principal to enrol new students and expand to new sites; forecast accurately in CRM and hit quarterly targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, research competitor activities, and the company's own program/products/services to effectively advise the company and clients.
  • Provide feedback from clients to inform program/products/services development and marketing strategies.
  • Navigate compliance expectations (e.g., K3/HSE practices; SKKNI/BNSP-aligned competency evidence; audit-ready records) with support from our training centre team.
  • Provide sales reports detailing goals achieved and areas for improvement.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of SMA/SMK graduate is required. Preference for higher achievements bachelor or Diploma/S1 in Business/Marketing/Engineering/Education/Communication.
  • 3+ years B2B new-business sales in industrial training, HR tech or maintenance/asset management, selling to mining/heavy industry in Indonesia. Preferable have history of achievement/award in sales.
  • Confidence in reaching out to cold call contacts and initiating potential customer interactions.
  • Track record closing multi-site, multi-year deals and registering company as vendor.
  • Credibility with technical buyers; comfortable discussing electrical terminologies and trade practices.
  • Familiar with on-the-job assessment, supervisor sign-offs, and LMS/HRIS integrations.
  • High proficiency in English; strong proposal writing and executive presentation skills.
  • Willing and able to travel extensively to do business presentations to companies/project sites around Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in computer programs particularly Microsoft Office, database programs, the internet, and CRM systems.
