Responsibilities
- Support annual marketing plan execution: seasonal campaigns, retail events, exhibitions/roadshows.
- Collateral & brand assets: coordinate production of leaflets, catalogs, posters, roll-ups, and booth materials.
- Social media support: publish content on Facebook/Instagram/TikTok and maintain basic community engagement.
- KOL/creator coordination: screening, outreach, product seeding, performance tracking, and recap.
- Data & admin: event registration, lead consolidation (CRM sheets), cost documents, weekly/monthly reports.
- Join client interviews/meetings; take ownership of English meeting minutes and follow-up action items.
- Collect, clean, and analyze market data (competitors, pricing, channels, ad performance), delivering readable reports and insights.
- Cross-functional alignment with Sales/After-sales/E-commerce on messaging and visuals.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing/brand/event execution
(internship/part-time countable with evidenced deliverables). - Fluent English with barrier-free communication; able to independently produce English meeting minutes and business emails.
- Basic design/layout skills (Canva/Photoshop); strong communication and coordination.
- Solid data literacy; proficient with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables/basic charts) to build actionable reports.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of multitasking; willing to support on-site events and occasional travel.
