About the Role
We are looking for a
Sales Support (Account Manager)

You will collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, product, and engineering to deliver solutions that meet client needs. This role requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to ensure our clients continue to see value in CekatAI's products and services.
Requirements
- Solid technical background (AI, SaaS, cloud, APIs, integrations).
- Proven experience in account management, sales support, or client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
- Experience using CRM and omnichannel tools is a strong plus.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance client needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for existing clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and ensure customer retention.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support business growth.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor client accounts and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
