Requirements :

- Minimum S1/Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- Min. 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or mall industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and effectively.

- Skilled in scheduling and supervising team attendance.

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Willing to work fulltime and shifting

Job Descriptions :

- Prepare monthly customer service reports (Suggestion, Lost & Found, Traffic, Valet, Shuttle Bus, Taxi, etc.).

- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions.

- Schedule work shifts and monitor staff attendance.

- Supervise customer service staff during mall operations.

- Ensure customer facilities are complete and functioning properly.

- Monitor SOP implementation (Lost & Found, Emergency, etc.).

- Conduct benchmarking with other malls.

- Provide training to customer service staff (Service, First Aid, Complaint Handling).
