- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of devices at customers in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Requirements :
- S1 in Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline
- Having CCNA Certificate is a must
- Having min 5 years of experience in the same field
- Having skill in Network Security [firewall, application security management, email security (ESA), web security (WSA)]
- Having skill in Routing & Switching
- Flexible
- Having high willingness to learn
- Good communication and coordination skill
