Senior Commissioning Manager - Jakarta
We're working with a commissioning consultancy delivering some of the largest data centre projects in Indonesia. With a strong pipeline of hyperscale builds and more breaking ground soon, they're looking to bring in a senior commissioning professional to lead local delivery.
You'll be the point person on site. Managing programme, process, people, and quality across the full Cx scope. If you're confident in front of clients and calm under pressure, this is the kind of role where you'll thrive.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading end-to-end commissioning delivery across hyperscale data centre sites
- Managing test scripts, schedules, documentation, and cross-team coordination
- Overseeing all MEP, BMS, security and fire systems through FAT, SAT, IST and handover
- Acting as the primary Cx agent interface with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Solving problems, de-risking delivery, and holding a high technical standard
- Coaching junior engineers and helping build long-term site capability
What you'll need:
- Strong experience running commissioning on hyperscale or mission-critical infrastructure
- Solid grasp of mechanical and electrical systems across large-scale projects
- Proven leadership in live project environments with tight deadlines and high visibility
- Confident dealing with senior client reps and contractors
- Fluent in technical reporting and issue resolution
- Based in Jakarta or open to relocation (visa sponsorship available)
