Responsibilities :
A. PSAK 71 Implementation and Analysis
- Analyze loan portfolios and credit exposures to ensure accurate classification based on
PSAK 71 (IFRS 9)
standards. - Develop and maintain models for
Expected Credit Loss (ECL)
calculation, including stage assessment, probability of default (PD), loss given default (LGD), and exposure at default (EAD). - Coordinate with teams to validate provisioning results and ensure compliance with accounting standards and OJK regulations.
B. Data Management and MIS Reporting
- Design, generate, and automate
Management Information System (MIS)
reports related to credit performance, collection recovery, and impairment. - Utilize tools such as
SQL, SAS, and Tableau
to process and visualize large datasets for business decision-making. - Develop dashboards for management and regulator reporting (OJK, BI, auditors).
- Maintain data integrity across systems and ensure alignment between financial reporting and operational databases.
C. Business Process and System Improvement
- Work with IT and system developers to define business requirements for PSAK 71-related modules and reporting automation.
- Document and update
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
to align with regulatory and internal control requirements. - Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions for improvement in credit risk and collection systems.
D. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT divisions to ensure consistent application of PSAK 71 principles.
- Act as liaison with external auditors and consultants during PSAK 71 implementation and review.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to management for business and policy improvement.
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Management.
- Preferably has additional training or certification in Risk Management, Banking, or Financial Reporting (PSAK/IFRS).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial industry, particularly in banking, fintech, or credit risk management.
- Proven track record as Business Analyst, MIS/Data Analyst, or Credit/Collection Head with strong understanding of financial instruments and credit risk modeling.
- Practical experience in PSAK 71 (IFRS 9) implementation, including loan classification, impairment calculation (ECL), provisioning, and reporting.
- Experience in managing or preparing reports for regulators (OJK, BI) related to credit and risk portfolios.
- Proficient in SQL, SAS, Tableau, and advanced Microsoft Excel (Macro, VBA).
- Strong ability in data analytics, MIS reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Familiar with data warehouse and credit risk model reporting systems.
- Understanding of financial system architecture and workflow automation is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional coordination (Risk, IT, Finance, Legal).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Able to work overtime
