Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Partnership General Manager located in Jakarta. The Retail Partnership General Manager will be responsible for driving ShopComm's strategic collaboration with retail partners (hypermarkets, supermarkets, minimarkets, specialty stores, and emerging channels). This role is to lead and manage the partnership division, driving strategic alliances, enhancing partner relationships, and ensuring revenue growth through effective collaboration and execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field (master's would be an advantage).
- At least 10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles (preferably in retail, FMCG, or partnership management)
- Proven track record in retail negotiations, strategic alliances, and business development.
- Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal & written).
- Business acumen with ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Adaptable, resilient, and decisive in high-pressure, fast-changing environments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead long-term retail partnership strategies.
- Negotiate high-value deals ensuring mutual growth between ShopComm and retail partners.
- Drive partnership revenue targets, profitability, and market expansion
- Act as the key spokesperson and representative of ShopComm in retail industry networks.
- Guide team performance, set clear goals, and build succession pipelines.
- Anticipate challenges in retail operations and resolve them with agility.
