Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (Sponsorship)
to join our dynamic events team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing relationships with sponsors and partners for our high-level executive events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure sponsorship deals for regional executive events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client objectives and align sponsorship solutions to meet their marketing and business goals.
  • Work closely with the production and marketing teams to ensure event success.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and post-event reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in
    B2B event sponsorship sales
    or a similar business development role.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong network and understanding of technology, enterprise, or corporate sectors is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
