Ideal Candidate
- Minimum bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on People & Culture in a large-scale or national-level company.
- This role is based at the Gratyo Headquarter – North Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities
- Developed and facilitated targeted training & development programs, aligned with the organization's Matrix Competency, to boost employee capabilities and performance.
- Designed and executed creative employer branding and engagement initiatives, including internal events, value-based activities, and culture-building programs that reflect and reinforce company values.
- Led the end-to-end onboarding experience to ensure new employees are well-integrated and aligned with company culture from day one.
- Conducted workload analysis and collaborated with departments to ensure balanced distribution and sustainable performance.
- Managed employee satisfaction and engagement surveys, analyzed results, and translated insights into actionable improvements.
- Monitored and analyzed employee turnover rate, identifying root causes and implementing retention strategies in collaboration with leadership.
- Supported recruitment processes as needed, ensuring a seamless and values-aligned talent acquisition experience.
