The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the hospital's financial strategy, budgeting, and long-term plans.
- Oversee accounting, treasury, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage cost control, cash flow, and capital expenditure to improve financial efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial and healthcare regulations (including OJK, BPJS, etc.).
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and regulators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's degree in Finance or Management is preferred.
- Professional certifications (CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management position (CFO/Finance Director).
- Proven experience in the hospital, healthcare, or multi-unit business environment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of healthcare financing, hospital costing, BPJS claim management, capital expenditure, and hospital cash flow management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic leadership skills.
