Job Description:
1. Perform incoming inspection of raw materials for LFP cathode production.
2. Conduct in-process quality checks during each production stage.
3. Operate and maintain testing instruments for Fe content and other material parameters.
4. Prepare, analyze, and record test results in accordance with company Testing procedures.
5. Support Testing team in identifying and documenting non-conformities.
6. Assist in routine laboratory analysis and sample preparation.
7. Ensure all inspection activities comply with company quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Having experience or basic knowledge related to lithium battery materials, especially LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) is a strong advantage.
- Familiar with Fe content analysis and operation of relevant laboratory instruments, such as:
a. AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy) – for measuring metal concentrations including Fe.
b. ICP-OES (Inductively Coupled Plasma – Optical Emission Spectroscopy) – for high-precision multi-element analysis.
c. UV-Vis Spectrophotometer – for Fe²⁺/Fe³⁺ and other optical-based tests.
d. XRD (X-ray Diffraction) – for crystal structure analysis.
e. XRF (X-ray Fluorescence) – for elemental composition analysis.
f. Titration.
g. PH testing. - Basic understanding of quality control procedures and laboratory safety.
Willing to work in a production environment with strict safety regulations.
Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and good teamwork skills. - Fluent in English is a plus, mandarin will be a advantage
