Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and commercial support to assist the Sales team in securing project approvals.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of key construction projects and architectural firms within the assigned territory.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with consultants, architects, designers, and specifiers to influence project specifications.
- Conduct technical and commercial training sessions and seminars to enhance brand visibility and support channel sales through the architectural network.
- Identify and map high-potential projects within the assigned country.
- Monitor trends in the construction and coatings industry, using insights to promote solutions and concepts aimed at driving market growth.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve targets by securing specifications and sharing timely project updates to support successful deal closures.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts through regular visits, presentations, and participation in industry seminars.
- Organize regular meetings with leading architects, consultants, and project owners to present the company's offerings, highlighting technical performance and key features.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as a Specifier in a managerial capacity
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp (3D)
