Overview:
Manages and monitors all project permitting activities to ensure timely approvals and compliance with government and utility regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and track all permits, approvals, and licenses required for the project (construction, environmental, utilities, operational).
• Liaise with government agencies, PLN, Telkom, local authorities, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project permit matrix and follow up on pending submissions.
• Support engineering and construction teams in ensuring compliance with local laws and project requirements.
• Prepare periodic reports and risk assessments related to permit and regulatory
status.
• Identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions for timely approvals.
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in project permitting, government liaison, or regulatory compliance (construction or industrial projects).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Law.
• Familiar with permit processes for construction, K3, utilities, and operational licenses.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external
stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple permit processes under tight schedules.
• Immediate availability preferred.
