Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Conduct training for sales promoters both for hard and soft skills
  • Monitor performance of sales promoters
  • Audit sales promoters' competency
Qualifications
  • Minimum a diploma or bachelor from any major
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a financial company with a minimum of 1 year as an area sales leader or sales trainer
  • Required Skills: Sales training, develop training material for sales promoters
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent
