Role Description
The Data Engineer role is responsible for building and maintaining efficient data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure data is available, clean, and ready for analysis. This role involves developing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, integrating data from various sources, and optimizing data storage systems, also collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to ensure reliable and consistent data flow, as well as support data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
- Experience 1–2 years in a similar role or related internship experience
- Familiar with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and basic data modeling concepts
- Understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline design
- Experienced with Snowflake and/or other data warehousing tools (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift)
- Attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and eagerness to learn new tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Willing to work from office (Jakarta)
