Responsible for checking the SKU, stock, and promo to ensure the product is sent and received by the customer as intended. Build good relationships with principals and platforms by providing quick responses and negotiations to foster strong business relationships, achieving business objectives. Prepare monthly business review reports to inform the principal and company about business development and serve as evaluation material for future improvements. Calculate claims and compile necessary documents to facilitate claim payments.

- Experience in e-commerce platform management, including data entry, product management, and sales support.
- Understanding of online marketing strategies and tactics.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is beneficial, along with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
