  • Strong knowledge of Indonesia and international cuisine, with expertise in menu planning and kitchen management
  • proven ability to lead and manage a team of chefs kitchen staff
  • ability to think creatively and develop new menu ideas
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
