Qualification :
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or resort
- Strong knowledge of Indonesia and international cuisine, with expertise in menu planning and kitchen management
- proven ability to lead and manage a team of chefs kitchen staff
- ability to think creatively and develop new menu ideas
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
