Qualification :

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or resort
Strong knowledge of Indonesia and international cuisine, with expertise in menu planning and kitchen management
proven ability to lead and manage a team of chefs kitchen staff
ability to think creatively and develop new menu ideas
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
