RM Corporate Funding - Chinese Desk - Jakarta
Key functions include managing corporate funding clients, acquiring and managing customer groups, providing analysis and funding strategy, achieving revenue targets, marketing products, maintaining relationships, and driving cross‑selling.
- Manage COBA’s funding clients under the Corporate Banking Funding Business Head, assisting Lending‑RM in funding sales‑related activities and independently managing funding accounts not tagged/covered by Lending‑RM.
- Acquisition and management of assigned customer groups (affiliates, sister companies, subsidiaries, parent companies of lending clients) to drive growth and profitability.
- Provide mapping and analysis of customer needs and propose setting up sales funding strategy for respective customers.
- Ensure attainment of targeted revenue components (Average Funding Volume, NII, CASA, Product holding, Cross‑Selling, Bank’s and COBA’s liquidity ratio – if applicable, PBT, CIR).
- Market bank products/services to existing and potential customers and coordinate with other groups/units to deliver suitable services.
- Maintain good relationships with customers as part of portfolio management and carry out portfolio management activities.
- Analyze client needs and behaviour to set up business strategy or account plan for relevant clients or portfolios.
- Increase product holding, stickiness, and profitability through cross‑selling.
- Ensure growth of customers by maintaining close relationships and regular monitoring.
- Manage low‑cost fund by maintaining CA to TD ratio.
- Minimum 3 years in sales and strategy, with experience managing units in the corporate funding segment at reputable banks or financial institutions.
