We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional with strong expertise in manufacturing finance, COGM (Cost of Goods Manufactured), costing, macro-financial analysis, and investment analysis. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical excellence with strategic financial insight to drive performance and long-term value creation across our manufacturing operations.

Key Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.


• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in senior finance, costing, or audit roles, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.


• Proven expertise in cost and manufacturing accounting: COGM analysis, variance analysis, standard costing, and inventory valuation.


• Strong understanding of PSAK, local GAAP, and regulatory reporting requirements.


• Hands-on experience with consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities.


• Prior experience in a Big 4 audit firm (senior level) with exposure to multinational or group companies is a strong advantage.

Core Competencies:


• Advanced financial analysis skills, including macro-finance insights, capital allocation, and investment evaluation.


• Strong track record in manufacturing performance analytics, including operational efficiency and cost diagnostics.


• Experience in preparing management dashboards and reports that highlight business performance, cost drivers, and investment opportunities.


• Ability to identify and communicate operational inefficiencies and financial risks/opportunities to senior management.


• Strong proficiency in Excel modeling and familiarity with ERP/financial reporting systems.


• Analytical thinker with proven ability to balance strategic investment evaluation with day-to-day cost control.


• Solid experience with group structures, intercompany transactions, and consolidation adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:


• Deliver accurate and timely management, financial, and consolidated reports (monthly close, performance review packs, board reporting).


• Conduct detailed variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast/prior year) with actionable commentary.


• Perform macro-financial and investment analysis on business performance, raw material price trends, FX exposure, and capital expenditure.


• Provide financial evaluation for investment projects (ROI, payback, IRR, sensitivity analysis).


• Investigate and explain manufacturing and operational cost inefficiencies; propose strategic improvements.


• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and procurement teams to optimize costs and enhance financial performance.


• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, including long-range investment plans.


• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and act as the main liaison for internal and external auditors.
