Job Role
The Executive Secretary to the CFO provides high-level administrative, organizational, and communication support to the Chief Financial Officer. The role requires excellent coordination skills with internal departments and external stakeholders—especially government and financial regulatory bodies—while maintaining high professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CFO's calendar, meetings, travel, and documentation.
  • Draft and organize financial reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
  • Liaise with government institutions (DJP, OJK, BKPM) and financial regulators.
  • Support compliance documentation for audits, licensing, tax filings, and investment approvals.
  • Organize internal finance and audit meetings; ensure follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Corporate Affairs departments.
  • Support the CFO in public appearances, hearings, and corporate events.
  • Handle highly sensitive information with integrity and discretion.

Candidate Requirements

  • Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Communication.
  • Experience:

  • 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Assistant to C-level (in Finance/Legal).

  • Proven experience liaising with auditors, regulators, and tax authorities.

  • Language: English (professional business level), and Mandarin (professional business level to communicate with Direct Report and Chinese stakeholders)

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, email, and archiving tools.
  • Personal Attributes:

  • Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
