Job Description:

  • Conduct follow-ups on documents, processes, and data related to customers, branches, or other business units.
  • Ensure all data and reports are received and processed on schedule and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third parties to ensure document completeness and process completion.
  • Input, update, and verify data in company's internal systems.
  • Prepare and submit periodic follow-up reports to supervisors.
  • Handle administrative communications such as email reminders, meeting notes, and follow-up documentation.
  • Support operational teams or administrative projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field (preferably Administration, Economics, or Management).
  • 1–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or back office (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work within deadlines.
  • Good command of English is an advantage.
