Job Description:
- Conduct follow-ups on documents, processes, and data related to customers, branches, or other business units.
- Ensure all data and reports are received and processed on schedule and in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third parties to ensure document completeness and process completion.
- Input, update, and verify data in company's internal systems.
- Prepare and submit periodic follow-up reports to supervisors.
- Handle administrative communications such as email reminders, meeting notes, and follow-up documentation.
- Support operational teams or administrative projects as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum
Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field (preferably Administration, Economics, or Management). - 1–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or back office (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work within deadlines.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
