Job Description
- Build, lead, and grow the Indonesia Packaging Team, developing a strong local function to support packaging development, testing, and long-term capability building at the site.
- Establish robust packaging development processes, testing protocols, and governance frameworks to strengthen capability and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end packaging development for projects, ensuring packaging is functional, cost-competitive, sustainable, and customer-ready.
- Strengthen packaging technical expertise by developing local testing protocols aligned with global standards.
- Serve as the technical authority on packaging, providing guidance, problem-solving, and long-term solutions to recurring issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Min. 8 years of experience in packaging development or packaging engineering within personal care, skincare, cosmetics, or beauty industry.
- Proficiency in English
