Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Plan and coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to meet customer demands.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing carrying costs and stockouts.
  • Implement inventory control measures and regular stock audits to maintain accuracy.
  • Coordinate transportation activities, including route planning, carrier selection, and freight negotiation.
  • Monitor transportation performance and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
  • Implement best practices for warehouse layout, organization, and inventory management.
  • Lead and manage the logistics team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the logistics department.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on logistics operations and performance for management review.
  • Identify and mitigate risks within the logistics operations to ensure business continuity and minimize disruptions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Barchelor's Degree in any major.
  • Minimal 5 years' experience with 3 years as Warehouse Manager
  • Experience from FMCG Industry is a must
  • Have ability to operate Ms. Office
  • Have leadership skill
  • Discipline, Good attitude, Hardworking, Honest
  • Can working under pressure
  • Good coordination and communication with others
  • Have good analytical
