Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Plan and coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to meet customer demands.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing carrying costs and stockouts.
- Implement inventory control measures and regular stock audits to maintain accuracy.
- Coordinate transportation activities, including route planning, carrier selection, and freight negotiation.
- Monitor transportation performance and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
- Implement best practices for warehouse layout, organization, and inventory management.
- Lead and manage the logistics team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the logistics department.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on logistics operations and performance for management review.
- Identify and mitigate risks within the logistics operations to ensure business continuity and minimize disruptions.
Requirements:
- Minimum Barchelor's Degree in any major.
- Minimal 5 years' experience with 3 years as Warehouse Manager
- Experience from FMCG Industry is a must
- Have ability to operate Ms. Office
- Have leadership skill
