Job Summary

Our Sales team supports customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs, and resources. We support healthcare providers and systems in meeting patient goals in their communities.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales objectives and increase market share of product line.
  • Present and detail products to doctors, practice staff, nurses, hospital doctors, and pharmacists.
  • Plan weekly and monthly visit schedules and report results.
  • Attend company meetings, technical data presentations, and briefings.
  • Monitor competitor activity and products.
  • Collaborate with team managers to develop effective business plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
  • Support key opinion leaders (KOL) and maintain stock availability.
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to execute programs and increase awareness.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in a health‑related/medical major, preferably in Pharmacy.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry (Vaccine Business Unit).
  • Initiative, strategic thinking, and creative problem solving.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under intense stress and pressure.
  • Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and health issues.
  • Strong medical communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Indonesia.
