Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze client interaction history from previous communications.
  • Summarize key information, client concerns, and actions taken to provide context for future engagements.
  • Accurately enter and organize summarized information into Agentcis for easy access by the team.
  • Identify and highlight any issues or discrepancies found in client records, and promptly inform relevant team members.

Qualifications:

  • MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH (both written and spoken).
  • 1–3 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Management, or a similar discipline).
  • Proven experience in data entry, administration, or record management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly summarize and present information.
  • Proactive and reliable, with a commitment to data accuracy and consistency.

Location:

  • Work from home, preferably based in Indonesia.

Pay:

  • Salary starting from Rp. 4,000,000 per month.
